Monthly Donations & Private Support Perk
We've put hundreds of hours into developing ITFlow & we really hope you love it. If you'd like to help support us on a monthly basis, we can offer a sweetener - Private Support
How it works
- Sign up using the form below, we'll need some details about you, your org and how you're running ITFlow
- We'll add you to our ITFlow Support Portal and review the details provided
- We'll generate a recurring invoice on our side (this isn't an 'official' invoice, but works as an easy way to track donations & ensure the support perk is given)
- You & your team will be able to raise tickets directly with ITFlow developers, via our portal / via e-mail
- If you have a question/issue with ITFlow, raise a ticket & we'll endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can! (best effort)
What it costs
- We're still in the process of deciding how sponsor/private support should work.
- Currently, we're asking for a donation of $60 (USD) a month to access the support portal. This price may be changed at a later date.
Private Support Terms
Please take a moment to review the support terms. The main points are: This is not a contractual/SLA agreement & We will only support LAMP stack installs
Review terms
- These donor/private support terms are in addition to the existing GNU GPL that ITFlow is licensed under. They may be updated at any time.
- PRIVATE SUPPORT IS A SPONSORSHIP/DONATION PERK, YOU ARE NOT PAYING A FEE FOR A SERVICE.
- Donating does NOT change the ITFlow license or our legal/contractual responsibilities to you. For clarity, neither side have contractual responsibilities.
- Support is best effort and doesn't come with a guarantee or warranty. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages / losses.
- There is no guaranteed time frame / SLA on when / if you'll receive a response
- You are assumed to have regular (tested & working) ITFlow full VM backups
- Whilst we'd never knowingly or intentionally provide bad or incorrect advice, we're not responsible if something does go wrong as a result of following our advice.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining your infrastructure (specifically including taking and testing all associated backups)
- We expect you to raise tickets responsibly for legitimate ITFlow-related inquiries and refrain from abusive or disruptive behavior.
- Support is scoped to general queries and troubleshooting issues. Out of scope items include (but are not limited to):
- Running ITFlow in an unsupported way (e.g. Windows/Docker/Shared hosting)
- Custom code and API development (We'll provide assistance/examples on how to interact with the API, but we're not open to reviewing or writing custom code)
- Known issues / bugs already confirmed / discussed on the forum / Github
- ITFlow upgrades, where the version is more than 6 months behind
- For the purposes of providing support, we will store all information provided in our Portal
- You freely consent to the collection and storage of your data (e.g. names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, etc)
- We'll do our best to keep all information provided safe & secure, but can't guarantee this. We will make every effort to notify you if we believe your information has been accessed by unauthorised third parties
- We will share a copy of all data stored upon request from the primary contact
- Data can be redacted/erased upon request at any time
- We won't share data with any third parties, unless there is a legal requirement for us to do so
- You agree that we may choose to publicly share redacted general question/issue information & workaround/solutions with the ITFlow community.
- You can stop future donations at any time and we'll cancel the recurring invoice - just raise a ticket. If you choose to suspend or stop donations, your data (and portal access) will be redacted/removed within 90-180 days.

TLDR; We’ll prioritise tickets raised over forum posts. We'll try our best to help you out - BUT there are still no guarantees, warranties, or refunds. This is a donation perk - be reasonable in your expectations. As always, apply common sense and take regular backups.
